What you’ll do:
- Source high quality crypto projects and DeFi protocols to engage with, do research, and document learnings
- Build a quality outbound pipeline and own the sales process from prospect to close
- Figure out where you can find great web3 startups and DeFi Protocols and learn as much as you can about them
- Develop and refine the sales process, building out a partnership playbook, and strategizing and brainstorming outreach and lead generation channels
- Organize industry events to network with other leaders in the Web3 space
- Translate customer needs into prioritized product development.
What you’ll need:
- 1-3 years of sales-focused experience at a high-growth startup or in crypto, fintech, or institutional sales
- Understanding of the Web3 / DeFi landscape (or the interest to learn!)
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write copy that ranges from witty, to professional
- Scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.
